Two television channels are free on Eutelsat 10A @ 10 degree East C band with frequency 3738 R 7305. The channels include the following: Wap TV and Vox Africa

India television channels which locate on Intelsat 20 @ 68.5 degree East C band are free , landmass beam ( wide area coverage) with frequency 3803 H 10801. You can get the channels on 2.4 metres dish. The channels include the following:
